I require prices for the following flooring replacement works. 1 Lift existing carpet tiles and replace with Burmatex Academy tiles. 2 Lift existing carpet tiles, remove plastic tiles, screed and lay burmatex Academy sheet carpet. 3 Lift existing carpet tiles, remove plastic tiles, screed and lay vinyl flooring. Three prices to be expressed as cost per square meter. The carpet tiles are glued down. The area concerned is 163 square meters.
