I would ask that you include information on the following
i. Technical specifications, including pre-loaded software.
ii. Guarantees & warranties both parts & labour and costs of any RTB
iii. Any extra costs that are included in the purchase price
iv. Any other items needed to get the product up & running as a multimedia system in a secondary school and the cost of such items
v. The cost of each system ex. VAT and its delivery.
