The supplied and installed system should include the following components/features/warranties as part of the quoted specification.
Interactive White Board
9 x Smart Technologies Interactive Whiteboard - 77in. Smartboard 680 or later
Projector & Mounting
9 x Hitachi ED - X10 - LCD projector ceiling mounted or other method of mounting where impractical.
4 x extra Hitachi ED - X10 projectors (to be placed in the school's spare stock)
Cage
9 x the Richard Allen RA Centurian Bigfoot Entrapments Projector Cage
Audio
9 x Nuvo Audio system. In-wall /Integral stereo 30 watt sound amplifier system, each with a pair of 40w wall mounted speakers.  Each audio cable , incorporating stereo jack plugs, must be of adequate length to connect the Nuvo amp to each PC, which could be up to 10 metres apart.
1 x extra Nuvo Audio Amplifier with wall mountable speakers (to be placed in the schools spare stock)
Video splitter and USB cables
9 x video splitters with cables to connect the PC to it's monitor and the projector.  The schools PC's could be up to 10 metres from the whiteboard , however a typical connection will include a 5 metre video cable from the wall/faceplate to the splitter (placed next to the PC) and the neccessary cables between the splitter and the PC.  The school will supply the cable from the splitter to the monitor. The following USB cables must be provided for the connection of the Whiteboard to the PC:
9 x 5 metres  USB V2.0 active repeater extension cable
9 x 5 metres  USB 2.0 certified high speed A to B Cable
3 x extra 5 metre USB V2.0 active repeater  extension cables; and 3 x extra 5 metre USB 2.0 Certified High Speed A to B Cable (to be placed in the school's spares stock)

Faceplate connections/terminals
The in.faceplate/breakoutin. from the projector must include the following connections;
Video - in
Phono - in sockets (left & right)
Stereo Audio in Jack Plug (left & right)
Monitor Connection/in

Installation
The contractor shall ensure that the equipment operates satisfacorily with Brinsworths Comp School PC's.  All packaging shall be placed in refuse facilities provided.
Cable Curb
All final cable runs from the faceplate to the desk mounted PC must be routed , by the contractor , through rubber cable curb, which is provided by the school.
Hand - over meeting 
The installer will ensure each system is installed to the satisfaction of the school at a handover meeting at the end of the installation process.
Warranty
The following minimum warranty must be provided:
Smart Boards - 5 yrs
Projectors - 3yr repair or replace de-install/install onsite warranty
Projector Lamps - 3 yrs
Supplier should confirm whether all equipment is covered by Original Manufacturer Warranties
Site Survey
Site survey shall be carried out by the successful tenderer prior to installation at a convenient date
Health & Safety at work etc 1974
The contractor shall ensure all work is carried out in accordance with the H&S at work etc 1974 and it's relevant stat. provisions.
BESA membership
Suppliers should confirm whether they hold British Educational Suppliers membership or equivalent.
