1. Strip out kitchen units complete, take out door and frame to leave 1.1m lined opening. 2. Supply and fit 1 no. 1100 corner unit, 1 no. 1000 double base unit, 1 no. 600 base unit, 2 no. 100 wall units (all drawer line). Supply and fit worktops with stainless steel inset sink (L/h drainer) and 2 tile splashback to whole length. 3. Replace plasterboard access panel with ply. 4. Supply & fit 1 no. 5 litre hydroboil. 5. Supply & fit new false ceiling. 6. Supply & fit 3 no. twin sockets, 1 no. 13A fused spare, 1 no. 30A cooker point. Resite light switch and supply and fit 1 no. 1.5m single light fitting. Decoration 1. Strip off wallpaper 2. Paint walls in 2 no. coats egshell. 3. Paint woodwork in 1 no. undercoat & 1 no. glosscoat.
