Require an electronic time recording system with 3 swipe card readers situated around site. Needs to be network based or similar and administered via a PC. Must provide a log of all staff times and a variety of reports that may prove useful. Must be able to track staff time compared to hours worked by staff on different types of contracts e.g. term time or full time. Must allow for manual override of data in case or errors.
