We wish to identify a supplier who can supply and install ceiling mount projectors with supporting Audio/Visual Equipment into 15 different rooms around the college.

Details of the exact make and specification of the equipment you propose to use.
In each room we require the following equipment (minimum spec):
1. A good quality LCD Projector (Remote Control) with minimum 2500 ANSI Lumen High Brightness. An evaluation of the proposed projector is required.
2. Projector must have a minimum 2000h lamp life
3. A good quality DVD/VCR Combination Player
4. AV Amplifier, 2Channel with Tone Control, 5 Inputs, 2x40w RMS.
5. A pair of Stereo Speakers to be wall mounted. Must be of good quality and able to fill a room clearly without distortion.
6. Wall mounted projector remote control panel.
7. Wall Mounted plate for PC Connection.
8. Ceiling bridges where required for projector cages.
9. 6ft screen.
10. Boss AV-Clamp-UJ Projector cage.
11. Warranty contract to cover equipment.
NOTE: The projectors will also be connected to a PC that the college will provide. As the supplier you will be required to ensure connections are put in place for a PC to be used. For this we ask that a wall mounted data plate be used and suitable connecting cables provided.

We also ask that the pricing structure be broken down to enable us to see the cost of labour and equipment or options separately.

Prices should include deliveries, warranties, cables and any other charges that may be associated with the tender and should include VAT.
Note: Any work involving electrical sockets required for Projectors, DVD Players and Amplifiers etc will be carried out by the College and need not be included in your Tender.
