- Prepare boiler base for new Potterton NXR 4/11 oil fired  boiler rated at 440kw
- [Boiler to be built & tested by manufacturers boiler erectors]
- Make necessary alterations to enable existing pipework to be extended to new boiler
- Reconnect existing oil supply
- Line existing chimney stack with stainless steel 300 diameter pipe using necessary adaptor for single wall to twin wall insulated flue
