2No: Step Over metallic ladders
1No: Metallic guard adjacent to water tanks
3No: TV Aerials
2No: Metal over flow pipes
1No: Roof access hatch
DOWN CONDUCTORS
Adjacent light brackets adjacent to down conductors require bonding
Renew PVC fixing where damaged
One of the existing down conductor and earthing system falls within the new extension area and was not re routed at time of construction.
Carry out removal of existing visible conductor.
Install new down conductor & earthing system with test clamp.
Issue test certificate on completion.
Site visit will be required to estimate.
