We are looking to lease a photocopier over five years.

Please quote for a black & white and a colour machine which should be capable of doing about 25 pages per minute, have an A3 and two A4 trays, a bypass tray, a duplex unit and document feeder. We average about 10,000 copies per month. Please confirm whether the lease price includes all toner, server and maintenance costs and any other additional costs such as cost per copy.
