Remove existing entrance doors, dispose of side panels and refit doors to one side. Make up remaining opening with new brickwork to match existing brown multi rustics. Erect new brickwork to create new office front and install existing sliding window. Install steel lintel above original window opening and remove old brickwork. Brick up existing doorway and install three sets of new brown UPVC sliding doors with LOW E double glazed units. Re plaster office and decorate old and new areas. Install new suspended ceiling in existing office space. Remove all electrical panels and cables and allow building work to commence. Upon completion of building works, all items shall be re installed and tested, and all areas to be industrially cleaned and checked.
