We require quotes for the following work in a temporary classroom on the school site:
Disconnect X2 electrical supplies and leave in safe condition. Remove obsolete water heaters and wall heaters in both W.C. cubicles.
Supply and fit a suitable mechanical extraction system for the WC compartments to current regulations.
Move Stud wall to enlarge toilet area. Create 3 WC cubicles and baby changing area with sink, hot water heater and hand dryer.
Replace the existing sanitary ware with 1 adult and 2 children's WC.
Install hot air heater in cloakroom area.
Work to be carried out in half term holiday (21.10.09 - 30.10.09)
