We currently use a Norstar system, on BT analogue. We have three lines, which I believe are digital?  We are considering upgrading however initially we are looking to make savings from switching suppliers. We do NOT have ISDN (currently). Provided we can make some significant savings in year one, we may consider system upgrades in year 2, if continous savings may still be demonstrable for subsequent years.
 
Given the current competitive market, we would not be looking to tie into multiple year deals, unless a truly significant reduction can be achieved by doing so.
 
We also have a mobile phone contract that is up for renewal in October. It would be excellent if there were also some suggestions as to how we can cut costs in regard to these as part of this deal.
